I simply cannot say enough about Rob & Cozy Castle. I met Rob 2 years ago when my old Navien Tankless Water Heater started leaking & he managed to get me a new Heat Exchanger from Navien under a little known warranty, so the expensive part was free! Yesterday, my A/C stopped cooling so I called Rob in the afternoon & he drove all the way to Newmarket the same day & had it fixed by 6:00! Ridiculous service!! Oh & the last & most important item – Rob is extremely honest + will save $$ whenever he can & certainly doesn’t overcharge for his amazing work. 6 STARS!!!
