I have a Navien hot water heater that controls my radiator heating system and hot water. The water stopped working during the Christmas holidays. I called Robert from Cozy Castle and he came right away and diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part which took a day to deliver. Robert returned the following day (a Saturday during the holidays!)and repaired the unit. He even went up into my roof to ensure the exhaust was venting correctly.
