I have a Navien hot water heater that controls my radiator heating system and hot water. The water stopped working during the Christmas holidays. I called Robert from Cozy Castle and he came right away and diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part which took a day to deliver. Robert returned the following day (a Saturday during the holidays!)and repaired the unit. He even went up into my roof to ensure the exhaust was venting correctly. I simply cannot say enough about Rob & Cozy Castle. I met Rob 2 years ago when my old Navien Tankless Water Heater started leaking & he managed to get me a new Heat Exchanger from Navien under a little known warranty, so the expensive part was free! Yesterday, my A/C stopped cooling so I called Rob in the afternoon & he drove all the way to Newmarket the same day & had it fixed by 6:00! Ridiculous service!! I was hesitant to hire services of a company that was recommended through Facebook rather than personal recommendations and experiences. None of my friends however has recently installed a humidifier and so nobody I knew could recommend a technician. The staff technician of this company not only installed a humidifier, but he also made recommendations about the heat pump that was installed by another company just two weeks ago. I reached out to Robert and team at Cozy Castle because I needed a new a/c unit. Within an hour or 2 he was at my house for an estimate on a Friday afternoon. We scheduled the installation for Monday and although it was raining heavily in the morning his crew showed up once the rain let up a little (they still worked in the rain). By late afternoon my new unit was installed, the old was was taken away. The communication through out was excellent and over all very happy with the process from beginning to end.
